Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted up to X hours following the time of purchase because we ship orders very quickly. If you decide to cancel your order within that time frame, just contact X with your order number, and we’ll do it as soon as we receive your request. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours since your order has already been delivered to our fulfilment centre.

Returns and Refunds (Only for online purchases) No refunds for in-store purchases

Please be informed that we cannot process refund requests or credit the money until your merchandise has been delivered. Please see the information below for further details on returns and refunds.

You have 30 days after delivery to return any items if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We only accept the return of brand-new, unopened merchandise in its original packaging. Prior to returning the products, do get in touch with us. Fan New Trimmings disclaims responsibility for returns submitted without authorization. To continue a return request, send an email to info@newtrimmings.co.uk with your order number and the products you intend to return.

The original invoice or a note with the order ID, your full name, and the email address you used to make the purchase must be included with all returns.

If we find that the items have not been returned to us in their entirety in their original condition, we reserve the right to withhold a refund on the item or to deduct the cost of any damage from your refund.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please be aware that the cost of the return shipments will be your responsibility. There is no reimbursement for the shipping charges.

The mode of delivery for all returns must be traceable. To ensure your safety, please sure to give us the tracking information for your return postage and save the proof of delivery. Without a tracking number, Fan New Trimmings is not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive your product, the full amount of the returned item(s) will be refunded to the original form of payment (s). Please allow up to? business days for the refund to show up on your statement. No refund will be issued prior to our receipt and review of the items.

Claims for missing items

Please be aware that requests for missing packages are only valid for 30 days after the delivery was confirmed (assuming that the tracking number on the carrier website indicates that the package has been delivered).

Order delayed for 60 days is considered lost. All “Lost orders” are fully refundable.

Damaged/Defective items

You should inspect each item when you receive your order to make sure they are in good shape. Send us an email within five days of receiving your order if an item looks to be broken or defective. Include a picture or a video of the item in which the defects or damage are evidently visible. Send a brief description of the damage and any accompanying photo(s) to us at info@newtrimmings.co.uk with your order number.

After reviewing the situation, we’ll make plans for a replacement or refund. When we are unable to identify any flaws in the goods or when the customer has caused the damage themselves, such as through regular wear and handling mistakes, the complaint is not valid.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide the ability to exchange products. Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. If something didn’t work out, email info@newtrimmings.co.uk for more help.
